ThirdFire is an Atlanta Based organization whose mission is to provide financial support for emerging visual artists, particularly those pursuing innovative and creative artistic projects. This funding empowers creative development through providing direct access to funds to address emergency expenses.

Our mission is to help artists go the extra mile in realizing their vision. ThirdFire seeks to support artistic projects and endeavors which will serve to grow and foster their creative process, execute projects, complete exhibitions, seek professional development opportunities, purchase or repair equipment, travel for opportunities, and deal with those expenses that make a difference in making their work shine.

We provide micro-grants and emergency funds to emerging artists pursuing post-collegiate opportunities such as residencies, exhibitions, workshops, or travel for artistic development in amounts between $50 and $500.
